Crusty, Seeded Pale Ale Pot Boule

Just pulled this out of the oven. It is the Crusty, Seeded Pale Ale Pot Boule from Kneedlessly Simple (free sample from the author's website). I tried the first slice and it is even better than the last bread I baked. Can't wait for Steve to get home and try some of this. The recipe calls for 12 oz. of beer so I used Steve's home-brewed Pale Ale. It is a perfect combination. I am looking forward to exploring more bread recipes. I hope I get the actual book for Christmas. If not, it may be a belated present to myself.
